Affiliate Program Manager

A fast-growing subscription lifestyle brand is looking for a hands-on affiliate marketer to own its entire affiliate programme, from strategy to daily execution. This is a high-ownership role for someone exceptionally talented who wants to build and scale the programme themselves.

Own the affiliate programme end to end, including strategy, partner recruitment, onboarding and day-to-day management. Grow and activate publishers, creators, influencers, and content and deal partners. Build commission structures, promotions and seasonal campaign calendars with the marketing team. Run the affiliate platform, covering tracking, links, creative assets, payouts and compliance. Track revenue, conversion rate, AOV and ROI, and deliver weekly reports with clear next steps. Spot fraud and keep partner quality high.

• 3+ years managing affiliate or partner programmes, ideally for DTC, e-commerce or subscription brands.
• Hands-on experience with a major affiliate platform.
• Experience with Trybe.
• A proven record of growing affiliate revenue and building strong partner relationships.
• Strong data and Excel or Google Sheets skills, and comfort owning the numbers.
• A self-starter who acts like an owner and can run the programme with little direction.

• Influencer or creator partnership experience.
• Experience with beauty, wellness or lifestyle subscription boxes.
