I. ABOUT YONDER MEDIA MOBILE (YMM) YONDER MEDIA MOBILE INC. is a Delaware-incorporated mobile and AI company founded in July 2018. Our sixty-strong team of battle-tested developers, producers, creators, and entrepreneurs sits across the US, Mexico, Ukraine, Poland, and Belarus. Known as 'The House of YO,' we are dedicated to 'Always-Connected' REAL connectivity - people to people, people to culture, people to events, people to money to value, and people to communities - 24/7/365. Our AI initiative, Yonder Neural Network (YnN), runs AI inference on the spare compute of opted-in smartphones. We are, in effect, the legal Napster of compute. The chips inside ordinary phones do the work, the phone owners are paid in US dollars through a regulated Visa card program, and the network's capacity is sold at a published per-token price. We are currently moving toward the September 2026 launch of GLO - an intelligent, intensely localized reward-based platform built to facilitate our pillars of REAL connectivity. II.
