A very brief intro Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the implementation of their supply chain solutions. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful project completion and client satisfaction. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite per week. What you will be up to Collaborate with Solution Architects during the design phase of projects. Lead the solution design phase for low complexity projects. Oversee the project team through construction, production preparation, go-live, and stabilization phases. This includes planning, coordinating, and supervising tasks like configuration, training, and testing. Train and develop junior consultants. Collaborate with Project Managers on project governance processes. Contribute to improving methodologies, processes, and project management tools. Spend the first 6-9 months learning our clients' platform through on-the-job training. Is this you? (Requirements) University degree in IT or a related field (exceptionally, business degrees like Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with strong technical knowledge may be considered). Minimum of 3 years experience implementing management software (TMS, WMS, ERP) Experience leading work teams in management software implementation projects is a plus (or 2 years for Senior Consultants). Prior experience in Supply Chain management (client-side or consulting) is preferred. Experience in regional projects is a plus. Software development experience is a plus. Advanced English language skills. (C2) Knowledge of JIRA or similar project management tools. Strong teamwork, proactiveness, analytical thinking, and autonomy. Self-directed, with a focus on research, curiosity, and resourcefulness. A history of job stability and a commitment to achieving goals. The Good Stuff Competitive salary in the range of $60,000 to $65,000 MXN Hybrid work model with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
