With rapid global expansion underway, we're building the future of payment processing—and we want you on our team. The Role Affiliates is a fast-growing acquisition channel for MONEI. As Affiliates Manager , you'll own the program end-to-end: build it, recruit affiliates, run the operations, optimize payouts, and turn affiliates into a meaningful, predictable revenue line. What You'll Do Own MONEI's affiliate program strategy and roadmap. Recruit affiliates: content creators, comparison sites, finance bloggers, fintech newsletters, fintech YouTubers. Onboard and activate new affiliates—give them the tools, content, and creative they need to perform. Manage commission structures, payouts, and performance tiers. Track LTV, CAC, attribution, and fraud across the program. Run experiments: incentives, creative, landing pages, exclusive offers. Partner with Marketing, Product, and Compliance on the affiliate experience. Set up and operate the tooling (Tapfiliate). What You'll Need 3+ years running an affiliate or referral program at a B2B SaaS, fintech, or e-commerce brand. Track record of growing affiliate-sourced revenue. Strong affiliate network or proven ability to recruit one quickly. Data-driven: comfortable with attribution, cohort analysis, and unit economics. Native or C1 Spanish + B2+ English. Comfortable with affiliate fraud detection and clean-traffic principles. Bonus Points Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services. Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Tapfiliate). Existing relationships with Spanish/Southern European affiliate networks. Experience launching an affiliate program from scratch. What We Offer Competitive base. Stock options.
