The Role

Based in Ghana and reporting to the CFO EMEA, you will lead the Africa Finance function, including the Switzerland supply chain hub, to enable accurate and insightful decision making.

As a trusted business partner to the Africa General Manager and EMEA Supply Chain Manager, you will provide financial leadership that supports regional performance, governance and the delivery of financial targets.

You will partner with regional leaders to strengthen controls, improve financial processes and support strategic decision making.

  • Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Strategic modelling and business analysis
  • Governance, compliance and external audits
  • Capital investment and asset management
  • Process improvement and finance transformation
  • Commercial decision support and business partnering

What you’ll bring

  • You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
  • CA, CPA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
  • 10 years Senior Finance leadership within a large, multi business unit environment, preferably in the mining, chemicals or agricultural industry
  • Thorough understanding of IFRS and superior analytical financial skills
  • Effective communication and influencing skills with external and internal stakeholders
  • Experience leading and collaborating with teams across multi-site regions, with SAP/S4HANA experience preferred
