The Role
You will be the
primary owner of OffSec's channel business across AWA. Your remit spans Africa (initial focus: Egypt, Morocco, Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, Mauritius ) and West Asia (Israel, Turkey). You will report into the Global Channel leadership and work closely with regional sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Recruiting, onboarding, and enabling a tiered network of resellers, distributors, and managed service providers (MSSPs) across AWA
- Driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue to agreed targets
- Executing joint go-to-market (GTM) plans and co-selling motions with strategic partners
- Managing partner performance, tier progression, and business development fund (BDF) utilisation
- Representing OffSec at regional industry events, partner summits, and customer engagements
- Working with channel marketing to localise content, campaigns, and partner enablement materials
- Feeding market intelligence back to Global Channel and Product teams on competitor activity, buyer trends, and regulatory drivers (e.g., MAS TRM in Singapore, PSPF/ISM in Australia, METI/NISC frameworks in Japan)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings a blend of
channel sales expertise, cybersecurity market understanding, and regional cultural fluency. Specifically:
- Proven track record managing and growing a channel partner ecosystem in AWA, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or a related technology vertical
- Experience recruiting and enabling new partners from scratch, not just managing inherited books
- Strong commercial acumen — able to build joint business plans, model partner economics, and hold partners accountable to revenue commitments
- Ability to operate both strategically (partner segmentation, GTM planning) and tactically (deal registration, pipeline reviews, partner QBRs)
- Fluency in English essential; Arabic or French welcomed
- Existing network of cybersecurity resellers, MSSPs, or training distributors in the region is highly desirable
The Market Context
This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to build OffSec's presence across three distinct, high-potential territories at exactly the right moment.
- In Africa, a severe cybersecurity talent shortage and tightening regulation are driving fast growth off a low base.
- Israel: one of the world's most concentrated and sophisticated cybersecurity markets, where demand centres on continuous up-skilling and certification rather than closing a fundamental skills gap..
- Turkey, meanwhile, is a G20 economy of over 85 million people in the midst of rapid digitalization, where its KVKK data protection law and expanding financial-services and telecom regulation are fueling demand for certified security skills.
Across all three regions, the common thread is timing: demand is shifting from "aware" to "mandated" or "invested" faster than talent supply can keep up, and with no incumbent channel to defend anywhere, this is a genuine first-mover opportunity — competitive, but wide open for the right person to claim it.
Working conditions
This is a full-time position. Working hours for this position are flexible and will be performed from a home office.
