Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Consultant and Designer at Eljen Kitchens. The role involves guiding prospective clients through the kitchen design and purchasing process, including initial consultations, needs assessments, and solution recommendations. The Sales Consultant and Designer will create and present design concepts and proposals, explain product features and options, and provide accurate quotations. Daily tasks include maintaining client communication, following up on leads, supporting customers throughout the installation process, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to align designs with manufacturing capabilities and timelines, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product lines and design trends.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand client needs and recommend tailored kitchen solutions.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive experience throughout the design and purchase process.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to present designs and proposals clearly and professionally.
• Experience in kitchen, interior, or architectural design, with proficiency in design or Winner Design, is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines is required.
• Prior experience in luxury products or home renovation sales is an advantage.
• A relevant qualification in design, architecture, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
