After-Hours position

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a After-Hours Operations Assistant in the trucking industry. The Weekend Operations Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day operational tasks, communicating with team members and clients, and managing operations. The role requires excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively. Logistics or trucking experience is required for this job opportunity.

Requirements :

Customer service experience in trucking

Fluent English

Laptop or pc and phone with internet

Stable Power and Internet connection

Availability to work 5pm-8am (Eastern Time)

Monitoring Reefer trailer temperatures using our system

Daily updates via email on all current loads in transit

Schedule :

Saturday 1pm-7pm

Sunday 7am-7pm

Lunes de 2am-8am

Salary : $850 mensuales
