About the Role
We are a e-commerce furniture company serving customers across Australia and Singapore. We are looking for a Mandarin/Chinese & English Written, After&Pre-Sales Support to manage customer support and supplier coordination. You will work closely with customers and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibilities
After-Sales Support (Written Communication) – Manage customer enquiries and shipment updates in english, resolve issues efficiently, and liaise closely with Chinese suppliers to coordinate replacements, repairs, and order resolutions.
Pre-Sales Customer Support – Respond to customer enquiries in English, provide product recommendations, and assist customers throughout the purchasing process.
Mandarin (Written Communication) – Communicate reasonably in written Mandarin with Chinese manufacturers regarding production timeline, quality control, shipping, and after-sales matters.
Detail Oriented – Maintain a high level of accuracy in order processing, product specifications, supplier communications, and issue resolution.
Job Information
Salary: Approximately VND 18,000,000–26,000,000+/month or USD 700-1,000+/month, depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: 100% Remote
Requirements
Proficient written and spoken English.
Able to communicate in written Mandarin with Chinese suppliers.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience in e-commerce (shopify), furniture, procurement, customer service, or supply chain is an advantage.
