For permanent employment OHB Digital Connect GmbH in Mainz is looking for a After Sales Manager (m/f/d) Your Tasks Act as the primary internal and external point of contact for all customer-related after-sales and warranty matters Coordinate customer interactions, meetings, and activities to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Support customers throughout the warranty period and manage service requests and complaints Prepare and coordinate tailored repair, maintenance, and contract extension proposals in collaboration with project controlling Manage spare parts procurement, maintain master data, and identify opportunities for additional products and services Take on other comparable responsibilities in line with qualifications, experience, and business requirements Your Qualifications Degree in Plant Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification Proven experience in sales, ideally within a technical or after-sales service environment Proficient in MS Office and relevant planning software, with business-fluent German and English language skills Self-motivated, structured, and results-oriented working style, combined with strong teamwork, coordination, and organizational skills Strong customer and service orientation, excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, and a confident, professional demeanor Entrepreneurial mindset, strong quality awareness, high integrity, reliability, and a focus on achieving results We offer Work Life Balance: Flexible working hours, sabbatical, 30 days vacation & special leave days Mobile Work: Flexible working arrangement balancing remote and on-site work Structured on-boarding process (incl.
