Aftercare Manager

Your new role What you’ll do: Organise all labour on site, including sub-contractors Quality control Work closely with the commercial team to ensure costs and retentions are managed. Work with our aftercare partners (Barlows) to effectively manage the aftercare procedures. Make sure all plant and machines are used efficiently on site. Setting out Maintaining safety records Keeping site records up to date Maintain filing system. Checking time sheets Ensure site is tidy Keeping safety/scaffold/plant register is up to date Carry out all duties in accordance with Robertson procedures What you’ll need: SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Fire Marshal certificates UKATA asbestos awareness CSCS card Previous experience in the construction industry Experience in dealing with architects, engineers, clients, sub-contractors Ability to communicate with staff at all levels Health and safety awareness Full driving licence Who we’re looking for: People are at the heart of everything we do and achieve at Robertson.
