About the role

Acast's Agency Partnerships team is dedicated to fostering strategic and innovative partnerships with our US Agency Partners. The goal of this role is to be part of a team that will elevate our agency partnerships through supporting agencies with best practices, education, research,and Acast partnership opportunities. This team will help develop strategic relationships across key agency partners at all levels.

Salary range: $80000 - $85000 yearly + bonus


What you´ll do

  • Manage regular reporting output for agency clients - gather data, collate into proper format and communicate to clients.

  • Partnering with internal sales teams to gather account updates and drive clear next steps.

  • Maintaining and updating key agency contacts and current status.

  • Generating and audit internal sales reports, tracking against quarterly and annual goals.

  • Assisting with billing and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

  • Providing administrative and process support for meetings, presentations, and client communications.

  • Assisting with sales materials, sales development, and marketing materials to support new and ongoing agency partnerships

  • Liaise with internal teams (finance, data, product, ops, legal) to support contracts and agreements with agency partner.

  • Utilize internal CRM and reporting systems to track activity for assigned agencies

Who you are

  • 2+ years of project management or client relationship experience.

  • Media or agency industry experience required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills Solution-oriented mindset.

  • Strong project and portfolio management skills.

  • Highly detail-oriented.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
