En tant qu’agent(e) à l’indemnisation, vous serez l’intervenant en première ligne pour prendre en charge nos clients qui ont subi un sinistre au niveau de leur automobile ou encore dans leur dossier habitation.

📣 Notre prochaine cohorte commencera le 9 novembre 2026.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

• Recevoir les appels concernant les réclamations automobiles et biens, en assurance des particuliers et des entreprises pour l’ensemble de Beneva et l’Unique
• Initier l’ouverture d’un dossier de sinistre
• Collecter toutes les informations requises pouvant permettre d’évaluer que le contrat est valide et en vigueur et vérifier que l’assuré a respecté les conditions du contrat et que la perte est recevable
• Confirmer à l’assuré la responsabilité ainsi que la franchise applicable en fonction de la responsabilité de l’assuré
• Référer les assurés auprès de nos fournisseurs partenaires en automobile pour des fins d’évaluation des dommages, de réparation de véhicules et de location de véhicules
• Prendre des rendez-vous d’estimation avec l’assuré
• Assumer un soutien au secteur des sinistres en effectuant toute autre tâche connexe
• Fournir un soutien au secteur des sinistres en effectuant tout autre tâche à la demande de son gestionnaire

Vos talents et qualifications :

• Posséder un diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) ou l’équivalent
• Expérience en service à la clientèle et être confortable avec les conversations téléphoniques
