Agent Operations, Specialist - Germany (REMOTE)

What you will do: The Agent Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, driving agent activation, supporting agent productivity and delivering operational excellence across the German market. Working closely with newly joined and existing agents, this role serves as a key point of contact throughout the agent lifecycle, helping agents successfully launch and grow their business within eXp. The position combines onboarding, agent success, operational support, training coordination and productivity enablement to improve agent engagement, retention and performance. Success in this role will be measured through onboarding completion, agent activation, productivity rates and overall agent satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Onboarding & Activation Manage and continuously improve the onboarding experience for new agents. Coordinate onboarding activities, training sessions and launch processes. Ensure all new agents successfully complete onboarding requirements. Reduce time-to-activation and accelerate agent productivity. Act as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase. Agent Success & Support Provide ongoing support to agents throughout their lifecycle. Respond to agent inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently. Identify opportunities to improve the overall agent experience. Support agent engagement and retention initiatives. Facilitate best-practice sharing across the agent community. Productivity Enablement Monitor onboarding, activation and productivity KPIs. Support initiatives designed to increase productivity agent counts. Work closely with leadership to identify performance gaps and opportunities. Coordinate coaching, training and development initiatives. Assist in creating productivity improvement programs. Operational Excellence Maintain and improve operational processes and documentation. Support compliance and administrative workflows. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery. Assist with reporting and KPI tracking. Support implementation of operational improvements and automation initiatives. Transaction & Business Support Provide support related to transaction processes where required. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Maintain process consistency and quality standards. Serve as a backup resource for transaction-related activities when necessary. How you will grab our attention: Education Completed commercial training, office management qualification or equivalent professional experience preferred. Additional education in business administration, real estate or operations is considered an advantage but is not required. Experience 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, onboarding, office management, real estate administration or a related field. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities. Experience in process improvement and operational support environments. Experience working within real estate, brokerage, franchising or service organizations beneficial but not required. Strong attention to detail and process discipline. Comfortable working in a remote environment. Experience with CRM and operational systems. Positive and proactive attitude. Fluent German and English language skills.
