Responsibilities:

• Architect and build production agentic AI systems from product requirements to deployment.
• Design sophisticated agent workflows integrating models, tools, structured data, and business logic.
• Make key architectural decisions on agent orchestration, tool use, state management, and more.
• Lead and mentor a small engineering team while actively participating in technical decision-making.
• Improve existing agent systems through architectural diagnostics and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Senior-level software engineering experience with a focus on agentic AI systems.
• Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in building agentic AI systems within real products.
• Proficient in Python and modern production software stacks.
• Strong understanding of agent architectures, orchestration, tools, and structured outputs.
• Experience in working with structured enterprise data and collaborating with data engineers.

Particularly Valuable Experience:

• Architecting analytical or data-informed agents beyond Q&A or content generation.
• Building enterprise SaaS or complex production software.
• Designing AI products combining agentic reasoning with business logic and structured data.
• Providing technical leadership or mentorship within AI or software engineering.
