At IAG, we’re ready for you. We're the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand. Our family of brands turns the IAG purpose of making your world a safer place into action by helping everyday Aussies and New Zealanders, supporting their ambitions and making insurance accessible.
IAG is investing in the next generation of Generative AI and Agentic Systems to transform the way work gets done, creating exciting opportunities for curious, ambitious and technically minded individuals to join its growing AI Forward Deployed team as an Agentic Discovery Analyst.
This is far more than a traditional analyst role, offering the chance to work directly with business units across IAG to identify high-value challenges, develop and test AI agents, workflows and prototypes, and experiment with the latest large language models (LLMs), agentic frameworks and GenAI technologies.
You'll help turn complex and ambiguous problems into validated, scalable solutions, reducing delivery risk through rapid experimentation and evidence-based decision-making. Working in agile, multidisciplinary squads, you'll play a key role in shaping AI-powered experiences and accelerating each business unit’s AI vision.
While prior AI expertise is not essential, a strong technology foundation, curiosity and a passion for problem-solving are highly valued. In return, you'll receive hands-on training and mentorship, gaining practical experience, while building highly sought-after skills at the forefront of the industry.
