Agentic Engineering Coach (AI/MCP/Kubernetes) - Portugal Full Remote

The project

We're looking for an Agentic Engineering Coach to join a global software engineering company and help shape how engineering teams adopt AI-assisted and agentic development practices.

You'll combine hands-on engineering with coaching and technical enablement, helping teams improve productivity, development workflows, and engineering standards through AI tooling and agent orchestration. You'll work across international teams, building prototypes, reference implementations, and practical ways of integrating agentic development into real software delivery.

Stack: AI/Agentic Development, MCP, Kubernetes, Cloud-native platforms, Distributed Systems

Location: Full Remote, Portugal

Compensation: €2,800 - €3,650/month net, depending on experience and seniority level.

What you need:

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience with agentic development and agent orchestration frameworks
• Hands-on experience with MCP-based tooling and integrations
• Experience creating AI workflows, developer productivity tools, or engineering accelerators
• Proven experience driving technology adoption through coaching, workshops, or technical enablement
• Strong Kubernetes, cloud-native, and distributed systems experience
• Fluent English (mandatory)

Nice to have: Kafka or event-driven architectures, large-scale retail/eCommerce experience, AI coding assistants and agent frameworks such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, LangGraph or CrewAI, and Portuguese language skills.
