Learn more about us at amwins.com. What You’ll Do: Claims Processing : Acquire expertise in all internal responsibilities related to the aggregate claim process. Subject Matter Expert : Become an Amwins Self-Funded subject matter expert on the aggregate claim process. Administrative Tasks : Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to aggregate stop-loss claims, including report requests, review, research, and resolution on discrepancies, claim filing, and information requests. Aggregate Reporting: Complete and review monthly aggregate reports across all assigned accounts. Aggregate Accommodation Oversight : For accounts utilizing the monthly aggregate accommodation product, conduct enhanced review, communicate findings, and processing related claims as needed. Professional Communication : Communicate professionally, timely, clearly, and accurately with internal and external stakeholders regarding aggregate claims or the claim process. Resource Management : Build and maintain carrier resource information required for annual and monthly aggregate claim submissions. Adaptability : Undertake other duties and projects assigned.
