Overview
Our client is seeking an Aggregate Spend Account Manager to join their Compliance Advisory Services team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading new customer implementations, managing ongoing account relationships, and ensuring successful compliance reporting outcomes. The role combines account management, customer success, project management, and healthcare compliance expertise within a highly collaborative and client-facing environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities simultaneously while coordinating efforts across technical, regulatory, and data-focused teams. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in helping healthcare organizations navigate complex transparency reporting and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned customer accounts, providing end-to-end account management and support.
- Lead onboarding and implementation projects for new clients, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of compliance solutions.
- Coordinate activities across Technical, Regulatory, and Data Services teams to meet customer objectives and timelines.
- Act as project manager throughout implementation and ongoing support engagements.
- Guide customers through annual compliance and transparency reporting cycles.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for process improvements and reporting optimization.
- Maintain expertise in aggregate spend regulations, transparency reporting requirements, and healthcare compliance best practices.
- Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, issue resolution, and strategic consultation.
- Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer success initiatives and continuous process improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience leading customer implementations, onboarding projects, or enterprise software deployments.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across multiple levels of an organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or healthcare industries.
- Knowledge of Aggregate Spend, Sunshine Act reporting, Transparency Reporting, or Healthcare Compliance programs.
- Experience supporting compliance-focused software platforms or regulatory reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Monday.com.
- Experience working with customer-facing compliance, regulatory, or reporting initiatives.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Netcong, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
