Location: Portugal (Hybrid/Remote options available)

We are a fast-growing software and mobile game development studio, building innovative digital products and scalable platforms for a global audience. To strengthen our delivery excellence, we are looking for an experienced Agile / Azure DevOps Manager who can drive agile practices, optimize development workflows, and lead the effective use of Azure DevOps across multiple teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and drive Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid frameworks) across multiple product and development teams

Own and optimize Azure DevOps setup, including Boards, Pipelines, Repos, and Test Plans, ensuring efficient and scalable workflows

Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives to maintain high team performance and delivery consistency

Align development, QA, and product teams around clear priorities, timelines, and deliverables

Define and implement CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and DevOps best practices to improve efficiency and product quality

Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and process efficiency (velocity, lead time, cycle time) and continuously drive improvements

Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment

Support workload balancing, and team scaling across multiple concurrent projects

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within development teams

Leverage automation and AI-driven tools to improve workflows, reporting, and development productivity

Requirements

Must Haves

3+ years of experience in Agile project management, Scrum Master, or DevOps management roles

Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Backlogs, Boards, Pipelines, Repos, dashboards, reporting)

Proven experience managing multiple technical teams or projects simultaneously

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, and release management

Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile best practices

Strong analytical and organizational skills with a data-driven mindset

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Fluent English

Based in Portugal

Nice to Have

Certifications such as Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or Azure DevOps

Experience working in mobile apps, gaming, or SaaS environments

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and infrastructure concepts

Experience with automation tools, monitoring tools, or deployment frameworks

Understanding of QA processes, testing strategies, and automation

Experience using analytics and reporting tools for performance tracking
