Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Agile Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business needs and support the successful delivery of Agile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define business objectives.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and business documentation.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Work closely with Scrum Masters and development teams throughout the project life cycle.
• Assist in backlog refinement and prioritisation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
• Analyse business processes and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and project documentation.
• Identify project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support software implementation and business transformation initiatives.
• Utilise Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps or Confluence.
