Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced, technology-driven Agile Delivery Coach to join our Agile Center of Excellence within Group IT.

In this role, you will work closely with Value Streams and Delivery teams to improve the way work flows from priorities to outcomes, strengthening collaboration, removing impediments and improving delivery predictability and efficiency. Combining hands-on coaching with a pragmatic, data-driven approach, you will help teams implement practical improvements, including AI-enabled ways of working.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Partner with Value Stream leadership, Product, Technology and Business stakeholders to improve delivery effectiveness and translate strategic priorities into measurable outcomes.
• Assess delivery governance, prioritization, dependencies and ways of working to identify bottlenecks and improve flow, productivity, predictability, quality and time-to-market.
• Use OKRs, KPIs and delivery metrics to identify systemic impediments, drive continuous improvement and measure the impact of interventions.
• Coach teams and leaders in applying pragmatic Agile, Lean and delivery practices, leveraging change management principles to develop and implement adoption plans, facilitate workshops and drive sustainable improvements.
• Support the practical adoption of AI-enabled tools and ways of working to improve delivery efficiency and team productivity across the delivery lifecycle.

You will be a great candidate if you:

• Have 3+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Delivery Coach, Transformation Coach or in a similar role, combined with hands-on experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Delivery Lead in complex IT environments.
• Have a strong understanding of technology delivery, organizational governance and cross-functional dependencies, along with practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Lean/Agile methodologies.
• Have demonstrated experience improving delivery effectiveness and operating models, leveraging OKRs, KPIs and delivery metrics to drive measurable improvements.
• Bring strong coaching, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams, and experience delivering Agile training or workshops.
• Have experience in technology-enabled improvement initiatives, with exposure to AI-enabled tools or software delivery considered a strong advantage, supported by relevant Agile or coaching certifications.
• Hold a BSc degree (as a minimum) in Computer Science, Technology or a related discipline and are fluent in Greek and English.
