The project focuses on strengthening agile delivery and operational excellence within the T‑IAA ING organization. The Scrum Master / Agile Expert supports multiple agile teams in scaling agile practices, improving collaboration, and ensuring reliable delivery of business and IT initiatives in a complex enterprise environment. Jira and Confluence. MS Teams. Miro / Whiteboard tools. GitLab - Wiki, Boards. Activity description and concrete tasks: Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective). Coach teams in agile principles, Scrum, and Kanban practices. Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization. Remove impediments and dependencies across teams and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement and team maturity. Support scaling and alignment across multiple agile teams. Foster transparency, collaboration, and self-organization. Must to have skills Strong experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach in enterprise environments. Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Experience working with distributed and europe / german teams. Strong stakeholder management skills. Very good English skillsNice to have skills. SAFe or other scaling framework experience.
