Agile Functional Tester

We are hiring for an Agile Functional Tester for our client M3 on behalf of L'EVATE.

You'll collaborate with developers, product owners, and automation testers — helping shape quality standards across the entire SDLC.

What You'll Do

• Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases for web apps, APIs, and backend systems
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing
• Ensure traceability between user stories, test cases, and defects
• Run end-to-end test scenarios and validate data integrity
• Log and manage defects using Jira/Azure DevOps
• Join Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives)
• Communicate risks and testing progress with clear reports

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 years QA functional testing experience (manual, web + API)
• Strong understanding of Agile SDLC (Scrum/Kanban)
• Skilled at writing clear and comprehensive test cases
• Experience with Postman, Swagger, or Fiddler for API testing
• Familiar with defect tracking in Jira or Azure DevOps
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work EST Time Zone

Nice-to-Haves

1. Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related
2. Basic SQL knowledge (data validation)
3. Exposure to performance, security, or accessibility testing
4. Knowledge of automation concepts
