Established in 2013, Wendi invests in people through education, vocational training, and skills development programs. The organization emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and personal growth to help individuals become effective agents of change. Role Description The Agriculture Mentor is a full-time remote role responsible for guiding learners and community members in sustainable agriculture practices. In this role, the mentor designs and delivers training sessions, workshops, and learning materials on topics such as crop production, soil health, climate-smart agriculture, and basic agribusiness. The mentor provides ongoing one-on-one and group mentorship, responds to questions, and offers practical advice tailored to local contexts and resource constraints. Day-to-day tasks include conducting virtual coaching sessions, developing simple tools and guides, reviewing participant progress, and collaborating with Wendi staff to align agricultural programs with broader empowerment and nation-building goals. The mentor also collects feedback, documents success stories, and recommends improvements to training content and delivery methods.
