AI Agent Performance Lead - Organisational Diagnostics

alynOS is an execution intelligence platform. It reads the flow of work inside a company - Slack, email, meeting transcripts, tickets - and shows CEOs what is really happening on the two or three initiatives their year depends on. Then we go to work fixing.

At the heart of it is an AI agent that builds a knowledge graph of how work actually gets done: who owns what, which decisions are stuck, where the handoffs break. Your job is to make that agent exceptionally good. You feed it real client data, direct how it builds the graph, tune the definitions and prompts, and test whether what comes out is true, useful and precise. Then you do it again, better.

There is no programming in this role. What it takes is a particular kind of mind: rigorous about categories and definitions, curious about how organisations really work, empirical enough to run the experiment before believing the answer, and precise with language, because the raw material is words about tasks, decisions and commitments.

If you have spent at least 3 years as a consultant, researcher, analyst, editor or strategist, you’re in the candidate pool. And if you’ve been wondering how to get into AI without going back to school, this is a great way in. You will be learning at the frontier, working on a cutting-edge AI platform , and guided by a founder who has deep expertise in how companies work.

3 to 8 years' experience. Singapore preferred; strong remote candidates in a compatible time zone considered. Reports to the founder. Starts as soon as you can.
