AI Agent Security Threat Analysis Expert

ING is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity / Insider Threat specialist with strong AI expertise to help design and implement AI agent monitoring within its global Insider Threat programme.

You will work hands-on with AI Agent Monitoring, Insider Threat, Threat Detection, UEBA, SIEM and Security Analytics. You will help define monitoring best practices, policies and governance, evaluate monitoring tooling and contribute to the implementation of security capabilities for AI agents.

What we're looking for

• 6–10 years of cybersecurity experience, including experience in Insider Threat and/or Detection
• 3–5 years of AI experience
• Strong knowledge of AI agent monitoring
• Experience with UEBA, SIEM or security analytics tools
• Knowledge of governance, compliance and privacy
• Experience with the European financial services regulatory environment
• Strong stakeholder management skills

What we offer

• 36 hours per week | Hybrid, ±2 days in the office
• Salary: €5,677.70 – €6,004,05 gross/month
• Freelance (ZZP): max. €95/hour
• Contract until 18 December 2026, with a strong possibility of extension
