我们正在寻找有潜力的AI Agent开发工程师加入我们的Infra智能化进程，团队致力于通过Agent等AI技术重构智能化的Infra体系，包括但不限于可观测性平台、K8s、SRE、大数据平台等的智能化改造。团队技术氛围浓厚，倡导技术创新、AI驱动。 职位描述： 1.参与研发多智能体协同框架，构建具备任务推理、规划与执行能力的自主代理 系统，保障复杂环境下的可靠协调； 2.参与Infra智能体的创新研发，设计可解释的Agent行为决策机制； 3.协同前、后端团队完成系统集成。 职位要求： 1.计算机科学、数学、统计学、人工智能或相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2.扎实的数学、算法原理基础和一定的工程能力； 3.熟练掌握主流Agent框架相关技术栈（如LangChain、LangGraph、AutoGen 、Google ADK）； 4.具备良好的学习能力、创造力、责任心和沟通协作能力。 加分项： 1.研究方向与Agent相关； 2.对Infra相关知识储备； 3.具备一定的工程能力。 Ways of Working Our structured hybrid approach is centered around our offices and remote work environments.
