Join an exciting AI initiative where you’ll shape the architecture and evolution of an advanced AI Agent platform. We’re looking for a hands-on technology leader who can turn complex AI concepts into scalable, secure, and production-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture reviews, gap analysis, and future-state design.
• Drive scalable system architecture aligned with the product roadmap.
• Make key technology decisions across AI and orchestration platforms.
• Ensure AI governance, compliance, and security requirements are met.
• Optimize context engineering, latency, and cost.
• Design and apply retrieval engineering solutions.
• Architect solutions for mobile and tablet deployments, considering latency and auditability.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience as an AI Architect, with a strong background in system design and forward deployment engineering.
• Deep knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and security best practices.
• Proven ability to create practical, implementable architectural designs, not just theoretical ones.
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Databricks is essential.
• A multi-disciplinary skill set, described as a "forward deployment engineer" who understands various disciplines plus coding.
