We would like to meet a AI Architect for a project with a hybrid working model:

What you’ll do:

AI System Development

Architect, build, and optimise end-to-end AI pipelines, turning complex business and technical requirements into scalable, production-ready solutions.

Model Training & Deployment

Develop, fine-tune, deploy, and operationalise machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models, ensuring high performance and seamless integration into BMW platforms.

AIOps, MLOps & Automation

Design robust CI/CD workflows for AI and ML, automate model training and deployment pipelines, and establish reliable monitoring, reporting, governance, and lifecycle management.

Performance Optimisation

Continuously benchmark and optimise AI models and services for efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and real-time performance in large-scale environments.

Collaborative Solution Engineering

Work closely with software engineers, data experts, product teams, and other stakeholders to engineer AI-driven solutions aligned with strategic business and technology objectives.

What you’ll bring:

• 7+ years of experience with a strong background in software engineering, digital platforms, and large-scale technology delivery.
• Experience defining and executing AI or technology strategies in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, combined with a practical, hands-on mindset.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applied usage patterns.
• Experience with model monitoring, observability, MLOps tooling, and Agile ways of working.
• Experience with public cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and related AI/ML technologies and services is a plus.
• Knowledge of model comparison, AI security, privacy, and FinOps is a plus.
• Knowledge of model quality, output validation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices is a plus.
