We are seeking experienced Software Engineers (Open Position) to join the development organization behind a large-scale digital entertainment platform.

This is an open engineering position covering multiple specializations, including frontend, backend, mobile, infrastructure, test automation, and analytics.

Rather than requiring applicants to choose a specific engineering track immediately, the company matches candidates with suitable teams based on their technical expertise, interests, and business needs.

You will work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contribute to the continuous development and improvement of consumer-facing digital products, and actively utilize modern AI-assisted development workflows.

▶︎ Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on your assigned engineering team and specialization.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and services

Contribute to frontend, backend, mobile, infrastructure, automation, or analytics engineering

Improve the performance, reliability, and usability of consumer-facing digital products

Apply modern AI-assisted development workflows to improve engineering productivity

Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes

Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and product teams

Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement

Support the development and operation of large-scale software systems

Share technical knowledge and continuously improve engineering practices

▶︎ Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of professional software engineering experience

Experience using modern AI-assisted software development workflows

Understanding of Agile software development principles and willingness to apply them

Understanding of Scrum principles, including transparency, inspection, and adaptation

Business-level Japanese proficiency (approximately JLPT N2 or above)

Salary determined based on skills, experience, and current compensation

Salary reviews twice a year
