Role Description The AI Automation Specialist will design, implement, and optimize automation workflows that streamline digital product delivery, marketing operations, and internal processes. In this full-time remote role, the specialist will collaborate with strategy, engineering, and marketing teams to identify automation opportunities, map processes, and configure tools such as AI agents, no-code/low-code platforms, integrations, and APIs. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining automation pipelines, writing test cases, monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality and reliability of automated systems. The role also involves documenting automation standards, training team members on new workflows, and continuously iterating solutions to improve efficiency and scalability across client projects.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Process Automation and general Automation to design and implement scalable workflows and integrations.
• Experience with Troubleshooting and Test Cases to diagnose issues, validate functionality, and ensure robust automation solutions.
• Background in Quality Assurance to maintain reliability, consistency, and compliance of automated systems and processes.
• Familiarity with AI tools, agents, or orchestration platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, custom scripts, or similar) and API-based integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical automation designs, with clear documentation and process mapping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Effective remote collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and time zones.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience in automation and systems integration.
