Apply Description Company: PCG Consulting International Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Healthcare Technology / AI Automation / Contact Center Innovation PCG Consulting International is expanding our AI Automation practice and is seeking a hands-on AI Automation Developer to help build enterprise AI-driven communication and workflow solutions for large healthcare organizations. This role focuses on implementing conversational AI, workflow automation, and voice technologies using the IntelePeer Communications Automation Platform (CAP) and related AI technologies. You will work directly with PCG’s architecture leadership to expand our AI implementation capabilities across healthcare and contact center environments. We are looking for someone who is technically strong, highly adaptable, and excited to grow into a key role within a rapidly expanding AI automation practice. What You’ll Be Working On You will help design, build, configure, test, and support conversational AI and automation workflows that include: AI-driven voice intake systems SmartAgent conversational flows Intelligent call routing Healthcare workflow automation API integrations Data transformation and normalization Reporting and analytics integrations HIPAA-conscious workflow design AI-assisted clinician engagement systems Multi-state healthcare implementations Current projects involve: AI-powered intake workflows Physician escalation logic SmartAgent voice interactions Reporting dashboards API-driven scheduling integrations Automated callback handling Clinical intake workflows Data normalization and schedule transformation logic Responsibilities Configure and develop solutions within the IntelePeer CAP platform Build and maintain SmartAgent conversational workflows Assist with AI-driven voice automation implementations Develop API integrations and data transformation logic Support Smartsheet and list management integrations Participate in workflow design and architecture discussions Help implement reporting and analytics solutions Work alongside PCG and client stakeholders during implementations Troubleshoot production issues and optimize workflows Learn additional AI and automation platforms as PCG expands services Support healthcare and contact center automation initiatives Technologies & Concepts You’ll Be Exposed To IntelePeer CAP Platform SmartAgent SmartFlows AI Hub Agents Conversational AI Voice Automation REST APIs Data Transformation Workflow Orchestration Reporting & Analytics AI Implementation Services Healthcare Workflow Automation HIPAA-conscious solution design What Makes This Opportunity Different This is not just another development role.
