About our client:

We're looking for an AI Automation Specialist to support the following activities:

• Review and analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement, AI integration, automation, and increased operational efficiency.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain AI-powered solutions, chatbots, and automated workflows using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and related technologies.
• Analyze organizational and membership data to identify trends, engagement patterns, business opportunities, and strategies for membership growth and revenue generation.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Research emerging technologies and manage innovation projects from initial planning and solution design through testing, implementation, and optimization.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand business needs, implement technology solutions, and promote adoption through training and change management.
• Optimize existing systems, integrations, and digital experiences, including Microsoft 365, AMS, and website initiatives, while supporting data governance, cybersecurity, and responsible AI practices.
• Perform additional duties and support other technology-related projects as assigned.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday | Graveyard Shift

• Daylight Saving: 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. PH Time
• Regular Schedule: 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. PH Time

You will be expected to complete 20 hours of paid pretraining prior to your official start date.

Minimum requirements:

• MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
• 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 solution development, automation, business systems, AI implementation, digital transformation, or technology innovation roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, and related Microsoft cloud services.
• Experience applying Microsoft AI governance concepts, including secure use of organizational data, permissions-aware design, responsible AI practices, testing, documentation, and user adoption support.
• Experience integrating systems through APIs and automation platforms.
• Experience with CRM, AMS, LMS, or membership organization technologies preferred.
