We are a Jordan & Dubai-based AI Growth & Production company building AI-powered creative, marketing, and business solutions for brands across the Middle East. Our work combines AI Commercial Production, Performance Marketing, and AI Automation.
We are building our initial team and looking for people who want to help create real systems and products from an early stage. This role starts fully remote, with potential future opportunities to work from Jordan or Dubai as the company grows.
About the Role
We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to design and build practical AI systems for businesses.
You will work across AI agents, workflow automation, APIs, CRM integrations, WhatsApp, voice AI, customer communication, lead management, and business processes.
This is not simply an n8n implementation role. We want someone who understands a business problem, designs the right solution, and builds a reliable system around it.
Responsibilities
- Design and build AI agents for customer service, sales, lead qualification, and operations.
- Build AI receptionists and voice-based customer service solutions.
- Develop WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and CRM automations.
- Build lead capture, qualification, routing, and follow-up workflows.
- Develop appointment booking and reminder systems.
- Build workflows using n8n and similar automation platforms.
- Integrate APIs, webhooks, databases, CRMs, and third-party platforms.
- Work with OpenAI, Gemini, and other AI platforms.
- Connect advertising lead generation with CRM and sales systems.
- Test, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve automation workflows.
- Build reusable automation components and internal frameworks.
- Document technical architecture and workflows.
- Identify recurring client problems that could become reusable products or SaaS solutions.
- Continuously research new AI capabilities and evaluate where they can create business value.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software development, automation, integrations, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Hands-on experience with n8n or similar workflow automation tools.
- Experience working with LLM / AI APIs.
- Understanding of databases and backend workflows.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Good English communication skills.
