Automate the Unseen. Scale the Extraordinary.
US Ghost Adventures brings America’s darkest histories to life across dozens of cities, iconic landmarks like the Lizzie Borden House, and unique e-commerce drops. Behind the scenes, we’re automating routine admin tasks so our national operations run faster, smarter, and at scale.
We need a hungry, high-execution AI & Automation Implementation Specialist to map out workflows, hand clear specs to developers, and test low-code systems until they run seamlessly. You don't need to be a full-stack software engineer—just comfortable with low-code tools, APIs, sharp organization, and a drive to build. For the right operator, this role offers direct exposure to scaling a fast-growing brand.
Your Role in the Story
- Streamline HR & Guide Admin: Build ATS and payroll automations, generate AI-assisted guide onboarding materials, and maintain guide dashboards for performance feedback, scheduling, and instant tour coverage alerts.
- Support Marketing & Brand Reputation: Set up automated workflows to monitor ad performance, track local Google Business Profiles, assist with influencer outreach, monitor brand sentiment, and schedule email/SMS triggers.
- Assist Content Pipelines: Help organize an AI-assisted workflow for planning, routing, and publishing social media and website content across our sub-brands.
- Map Workflows & Write Specs: Review existing manual tasks, write straightforward steps for our developer, establish basic operational rules, and thoroughly test automations before launch.
- Drive Team Adoption: Walk internal teams through new automated tools, track time/error reductions, and maintain strict human-in-the-loop safeguards for sensitive HR, financial, and customer communications.
The Toolkit You Bring
- Automation Tool Aptitude: Direct experience or high comfort building with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, or no-code AI platforms.
- Process & Task Mastery: Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for breaking down messy routines into simple, step-by-step digital workflows.
- Clear Technical Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with developers about integrations, APIs, and business logic without needing to write full-stack code yourself.
- General Digital Savvy: Basic familiarity with standard marketing tools (Ads, SEO, CRM) and HR/scheduling platforms (BambooHR or similar).
- Builder Mindset: A proactive operator who thrives on getting things done, learning new tech quickly, and taking full ownership of project deadlines.
