We're looking for a hands-on AI Automation & Integration Engineer who can take a client's business problem and build a reliable, production-ready solution.

This is **not primarily a machine-learning research position**. We're looking for someone who knows how to integrate today's AI platforms, APIs, CRMs, communication systems, and automation tools into real businesses.

What You'll Build

Projects may include:

- AI voice receptionists<br/>- AI sales and appointment-setting agents<br/>- Automated lead capture and qualification<br/>- SMS, email, and voice follow-up systems<br/>- CRM automations<br/>- AI-powered customer service<br/>- AI hiring and candidate pre-screening<br/>- Automated outbound prospecting<br/>- Internal business workflow automation<br/>- AI knowledge bases and RAG systems<br/>- Custom API integrations<br/>- Reporting and notification systems

Technical Skills We're Looking For

Strong experience with several of the following:

- GoHighLevel<br/>- n8n and/or Make<br/>- OpenAI and other LLM APIs<br/>- REST APIs<br/>- Webhooks<br/>- JSON<br/>- Twilio<br/>- Voice AI platforms such as Vapi or Retell<br/>- Python and/or JavaScript<br/>- CRM integrations<br/>- PostgreSQL / Supabase or similar databases<br/>- RAG and AI knowledge-base systems<br/>- OAuth/API authentication<br/>- Git/GitHub<br/>- Cloud deployment<br/>- Error handling, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting

What Matters Most

We're looking for a **builder**, not someone who simply knows how to use ChatGPT.

You should be able to:

- Understand a client's existing business process.<br/>- Identify opportunities for AI and automation.<br/>- Design the technical workflow.<br/>- Connect multiple platforms through APIs and webhooks.<br/>- Build and deploy the solution.<br/>- Test it thoroughly.<br/>- Troubleshoot problems.<br/>- Document what you've built.<br/>- Maintain and improve systems after deployment.
