We're looking for an AI Automation Specialist who is passionate about building scalable systems that improve workflows, increase productivity, and create measurable business impact.
About the Role
As our AI Automation Specialist, you will design, build, and maintain automations that support both agency operations and client success. You will work closely with our SEO, Paid Media, Web Development, and Client Success teams to identify opportunities where automation and AI can improve efficiency and performance.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, integrating platforms, and building reliable automation systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Automation & Lead Management
- Build and optimize lead response workflows using SMS, email, voice, and AI-powered follow-up.
- Develop AI chatbots and conversational agents to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
- Automate review generation and reputation management processes.
- Create appointment scheduling, reminder, and CRM workflows.
- Develop AI-powered call transcription, summarization, and lead-scoring automations.
- Build automated client reporting for SEO, Paid Media, lead generation, and ROI.
2. Internal Agency Automation
- Identify repetitive manual tasks and automate them across departments.
- Build workflows connecting CRMs, project management tools, communication platforms, and marketing systems.
- Create AI-assisted workflows for content generation, proposals, reporting, and operational tasks.
- Automate onboarding, reporting, documentation, and internal processes.
- Develop reusable automation templates that can be deployed across multiple client accounts.
3. System Maintenance & Optimization
- Monitor existing automations and resolve issues proactively.
- Troubleshoot API integrations, webhooks, and workflow failures.
- Evaluate and implement new AI tools that improve agency performance.
- Document workflows and automation processes for internal teams.
- Maintain best practices for data management, security, and system reliability.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of proven hands-on experience building automations using platforms such as Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar.
- Experience working with CRM and marketing platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
- Practical experience integrating AI models or APIs, including OpenAI, Claude, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency.
- Experience supporting home service businesses or local lead generation.
- Basic programming knowledge in JavaScript or Python.
- Experience with Twilio, CallRail, Airtable, or Google Sheets.
- Experience building or managing AI chatbot workflows.

Requirements
- Work Remotely from any part of the world 40 hrs/week.
- Full time shift from 8 am to 5 pm CST (Required).
- Individual contractor conditions.
- Advanced English Level (C1-C2) is required.
- Salary will be defined on hourly rate depending on the experience.
