We usually respond within three days Responsibilities: • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to develop AI use cases or other transformation business cases; • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities that can be addressed through AI/automation solutions; • Evaluate AI trends and market developments to provide insights for business growth; • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure AI and transformation project success; • Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and software developers to design and implement AI solutions; • Conduct feasibility studies, proof of concepts (PoCs), and pilot programs for AI and transformation initiatives; • Monitor and optimize AI implementations to improve performance and accuracy; • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for AI and transformation initiatives; • Manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations; • Track project progress, report milestones, and provide status updates to leadership; • Contribute to the definition, design and development of key process transformation areas required to enable successful organizational set-up and implementation (digital transformation, process modernization and optimisation). Profile Required: • 6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, Business Analyst, AI Consultant, or related role; • Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, NLP, and automation tools (no IT background or direct experience with AI projects is required); • Relevant industry certifications – PMI, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum, etc; • Willingness to understand KYU business: activity, regulations and standards; • Excellent understanding of metrics and how to evaluate and measure the value of change; • Domain expertise – proven rigorous discipline in managing projects; • Familiar with transformation strategies and strategic change management; • Proven ability to manage complex situations that combine strategic, financial, operational, management and technological aspects; • Experience in working with a complex stakeholders environment; • Foreign languages: French – advanced level (mandatory), English – intermediate level.
