AI Business Consultant

Role Description The AI Business Consultant is a full-time/ Contract, hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their business objectives and workflows, identifying opportunities to deploy AI agents that streamline operations and reduce manual work. The consultant will analyze existing processes, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear AI use cases and solution designs. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering client presentations, conducting workshops, collaborating with technical teams to shape implementation plans, and monitoring solution performance to recommend improvements. The role also includes developing business cases, supporting change management, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure successful adoption of AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess workflows, interpret data, and define AI use cases.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting skills to lead client discussions, structure problems, and recommend solutions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present complex concepts clearly and facilitate stakeholder alignment.
• Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to build business cases, estimate ROI, and support budget and investment decisions.
• Experience with building with AI, automation, or digital transformation projects is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams is important.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
