AI Consultant

Role Overview As an AI Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in helping organisations adopt and realise value from Microsoft's AI technologies. Working closely with customers across the public, private and non-profit sectors, you will facilitate workshops, identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation, and design and deliver solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and related technologies. This is a customer-facing consulting role focused on helping organisations improve productivity, automate business processes and implement agentic AI solutions. You will work across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and business process mapping through to solution build, testing, deployment and user adoption. The role offers an opportunity to work on some of the most innovative AI projects in the Microsoft ecosystem while developing deep expertise in emerging technologies such as Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI and Agentic AI.
