Your main responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft technologies;
  • Work with Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, and Azure AI Foundry to build innovative business solutions;
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
  • Support the delivery of AI projects from concept to implementation;
  • Contribute to the development of proof of concepts, demos, and technical accelerators;
  • Assist in mentoring junior team members and fostering knowledge sharing within the team;
  • Participate in technical workshops, enablement sessions, and continuous learning initiatives;
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams in an agile and collaborative environment.


What we are looking for:


  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT, Data, Software Engineering, or related fields;
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with projects involving Copilot Studio, Agentic AI, Azure AI Foundry, or similar Microsoft AI technologies;
  • Academic background in Computer Science, Engineering, Informatics, Data Science, or related areas;
  • Strong learning mindset and passion for emerging AI technologies;
  • Ability to work autonomously and interact directly with clients;
  • Interest in mentoring and supporting the growth of junior colleagues;
  • Potential to evolve into delivering formal technical training and enablement sessions;
  • Fluent English (mandatory);
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model based in Lisbon
