Your key responsibilities: creating prompts for image, video, and AI avatar generation building scalable template libraries for different business niches generating series of advertising creatives for Meta Ads testing new generative AI models improving the quality of AI outputs (composition, lighting, textures, realism) building content generation pipelines collaborating with design and product teams What we’re looking for: hands-on experience with AI content generation (images / video / avatars) a portfolio with AI creatives understanding of composition, lighting, and advertising visual storytelling experience building prompt systems curiosity about new AI tools and the ability to quickly learn new models Experience with tools: Image Nano Banana Pro Video ProKling 2.6 Veo 3.1 Sora 2 Nice to have design background (motion / graphic / digital) experience creating ad creatives experience in performance marketing Strong curiosity and research mindset — you actively explore new AI tools, test emerging models, and stay on top of generative AI trends.
