We are seeking an AI Creative Engineer based in India to join a founding team focused on creating AI agents that produce high-performing short-form video ads for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging short-form video content optimized for social media performance.
- Develop and build automated agent workflows using AI coding tools to streamline video production.
- Contribute creatively with significant control over the content and process.
- Work remotely on a full-time basis (contract positions may be considered).
Qualifications:
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience preferred, though demonstrated proof of work is more important than years.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative work and the tools used to produce it.
Compensation: Salary range from 30 to 50 LPA.
