AIエージェント開発とデータ基盤・MLOps構築の両軸を横断的に経験できる希少なポジションです。単なるパイプライン構築にとどまらず、最新プラットフォームを駆使して顧客のビジネス課題をどう解くかという「アーキテクチャ設計」の上流から関与できます。多様でリアルなデータに触れながら、データサイエンスやビジネスコンサルティングといった隣接領域へもキャリアの幅を広げていける裁量の大きな環境です。

- フレームワーク：GraphQL / Node.js / Prisma 等

■必須スキル

- Python、SQL（特にOLAP系）を用いた3年以上の開発経験

- バッチ処理に類するソフトウェア開発に関する技術知識（ネットワーク、セキュリティ、データベース等）

- ビジネス関係者やデータサイエンティストと適切な議論を行う能力

- 複数名での対顧客アプリケーション開発経験

- データパイプライン・MLOps環境の構築・運用開発経験、およびCI/CDパイプライン運用経験

■ Minimum Requirements

- 3+ years of development experience using Python and SQL (especially OLAP).

- Experience in developing and operating cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake).

- Technical knowledge regarding batch processing software development (network, security, databases, etc.).

- Ability to engage in appropriate discussions with business stakeholders and data scientists.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in client-facing application development in a team setting.

- Experience in building and operating data pipelines, MLOps environments, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience with data visualization using BI tools, container technologies like Docker, and DevOps/SRE.

- Understanding of data science, web application development experience, and business-level Japanese proficiency.
