Project Overview

Rilith AI (DataWorkLab) is hiring contributors across the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina to support an AI and robotics research project. Contributors record short first-person (egocentric) videos of their hands while performing real, everyday tasks at their current workplace. This data helps train next-generation AI and robotics systems to better understand how people interact with the physical world. No audio or speech is required — hands and task footage only.

Eligible Industries & Tasks

We're looking for individuals currently working in any of the following environments:

1. Hotels & Lodging — Housekeeping, room turnover, bed making, linen sorting, amenity restocking
2. Retail (Back of House) — Stocking, backroom organization, shelf restocking, price tagging
3. Construction Sites — Site cleanup, drywall, insulation, painting, general trades
4. Agriculture, Farming & Landscaping — Harvesting, planting, irrigation, crop sorting, groundskeeping
5. Event Venues — Setup/teardown, table & chair arrangement, AV/cable management
6. Personal Care & Grooming — Hair cutting & trimming, manicure & pedicure
7. Trade Services (Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical) — Fixture installation, wiring, system tune-ups
8. Auto Service, Tire Shops & Car Wash — Tire mount/dismount, oil changes, wash & detailing
9. Carpentry & Furniture Workshops — Woodworking, assembly, sanding, staining
10. Restaurants & Commercial Kitchens — Food prep, dishwashing, line cooking, deep cleaning
11. Commercial Cleaning & Janitorial — Floor care, restroom sanitation, window cleaning
12. Food & Beverage Manufacturing — QA inspection, production line, packaging, sanitation
13. Warehousing & Distribution — Order picking, packing, receiving, loading
14. Plastic & Light-Assembly Manufacturing — Machine tending, trimming, quality inspection
15. Metal Fabrication & Welding — Welding, pipe cutting, grinding, part layout

Requirements

• Currently working in one of the environments listed above
• Reside in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, or Argentina
• Own a compatible smartphone:
• iPhone 12 or newer (excluding 16e/17e)
• Google Pixel 6 or newer
• Samsung Galaxy S21 or newer

Pay Rate

• USD 14/hour — United States
• USD 6.5/hour — Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina
• Up to 100 hours per environment per contributor
• Receive hourly payment
• Paid via PayPal
