The opportunity
Why this seat
is different.
PropertySuite is live, not a prototype: five suites on one codebase and one database, with real owners, tenants, service partners and agents using it daily. Next.js, Supabase with row level security, Stripe, a WhatsApp AI layer and a large body of Dubai market data.
The work is end to end. A short brief becomes a scoped feature, a pull request, a verified result and a merge, with screenshots on desktop and mobile and the access rules checked as more than one role before anyone calls it done.
We do not care how fast you type. We care how much you ship, how little of it comes back, and whether the person after you can read it.
Compensation is the unusual part: you propose the package. Tell us what you want and what you will deliver for it, and we will tell you straight whether it works.

What you will do
- Ship features end to end: scope, build, prove it works, hand over a pull request that can be merged in minutes.
- Keep the integration layer healthy: the WhatsApp AI, mail and drive sync, scheduled jobs, payment webhooks and the market data sync.
- Treat access rules as part of the feature, not as an afterthought. Every change is checked as at least two roles.
- Keep quality measurable: type checks, tests and security advisories clean before a merge, not after a bug report.
- Genuinely AI-native. You already build this way and can show what came out of it.
- Strong with Next.js and Postgres. Supabase and row level security specifically are a real plus.
- Able to work from a short brief without a specification being written for you.
- Honest about what is verified and what is assumed. That distinction matters more here than speed.
- Fluent English. Dubai or remote, as long as the overlap with Dubai hours works.

Propose your package
- You propose: base, project rate or a mix, and what you commit to deliver for it.
- We answer straight: accepted, or a counter with the reason. No drawn out process.
- Performance linked components are possible if you want more upside and less fixed pay. Say so in your proposal.
Visa sponsorship
- As a licensed company we sponsor and process your UAE work visa, from paperwork to issuance. That part is on us.
- Tech Lead once you own the platform day to day: shipped features, clean security checks, every suite working.
- A switch option after six months between full time and project based, in either direction, if the shape of the work changes.
