Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an AI Developer Engineer at the mid-senior level, requiring strong proficiency in English. The AI Developer Engineer will design, implement, and optimize machine learning and neural network models, with a focus on pattern recognition and natural language processing. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing production-ready software, integrating AI models into existing systems, writing clean and maintainable code, and conducting experiments to evaluate and improve model performance. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, reviewing technical requirements, documenting solutions, and contributing to architectural decisions for scalable AI services. The engineer will also monitor deployed models, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvements to reliability, efficiency, and accuracy.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and coding best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including training, tuning, and evaluating model performance.
• Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), with experience applying NLP techniques to production or research projects.
• Experience with modern programming languages commonly used in AI (such as Python), and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and tools for deploying and scaling AI solutions (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure, containerization, APIs).
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate complex ideas effectively in English to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in remote, distributed teams, with strong time management, self-direction, and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of software engineering practices such as version control (Git), code review, testing, and CI/CD is highly beneficial.
