About the Role

Voicespin is expanding its AI platform and is looking for an experienced AI Orchestration Developer to help build the next generation of AI-powered products. You'll work on AI orchestration services, conversational AI platforms, contact center solutions, and developer tools that integrate the latest LLM technologies into production systems. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and scaling AI-native applications.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop AI orchestration services and workflows for production environments.
• Build backend services using Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular.
• Design and optimize MongoDB data models and queries.
• Integrate LLMs and AI services into existing and new products.
• Build APIs and microservices that power AI-driven applications.
• Develop messaging, contact center, dashboard, reporting, and configuration platforms.
• Implement AI-assisted development workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Product, AI, and Engineering teams.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Experience with Angular.
• Strong experience with MongoDB.
• Experience building REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience in mobile apps with react native.
• Experience integrating LLMs or AI services.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI development tools.
• Understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures, and scalable backend design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Conversational AI or contact center experience.
• WebSockets and real-time messaging.
• Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Vector databases and RAG architectures.
• Asterisk or communications platforms.
