AI Enablement Engineer

Turn creative ideas into working tools – and help our teams unlock the power of GenAI.

As our AI Enablement Engineer, you are the hands-on engine helping colleagues across the company build and deploy working GenAI solutions. You work side-by-side with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering teams – unblocking technical hurdles, building rapid prototypes, and showcasing plug-and-play setups. You report to the AI Transformation Lead, and you're a big part of why our whole organisation moves fast with AI.

What you'll do

• Technical resolution and support: Step in to resolve technical hurdles for non-technical teams. Enable colleagues to bring their GenAI experiments across the finish line.

• Rapid prototyping and automation: Build practical GenAI prototypes and workflow automations. Set up custom Gemini or Claude tools to address daily operational challenges.

• Demos and capability showcase: Develop and present tangible AI demos. Inspire teams across Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering.

• Coaching and workshops: Co-facilitate hands-on workshops with internal teams. Coach peers on prompt engineering, workflow setups, and GenAI tooling.

• Evaluation and validation: Test, evaluate, and validate emerging GenAI capabilities and platforms. Keep our internal technology stack up to date.

• Experiment tracking and standardisation: Maintain the central AI Experiment Registry. Track active projects, measure performance, and standardize successful workflows company-wide.

What you bring

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in technical business analysis, systems integration, or solutions engineering

• Clear and patient communicator able to coach non-technical colleagues without using overly technical jargon

• Proactive and curious investigator comfortable building relationships across different departments to identify needs

• Solid experience creating genAI solutions with enterprise GenAI environments like OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude

• Strong proficiency with API integrations, scripting in Python, and automation platforms like Workato or n8n

• Fluent in written and spoken English

• Pragmatic, hands-on builder focused on delivering fast, working prototypes over complex theoretical frameworks

• Comfortable with hybrid working at our office premises, with occasional travel as required
